I have sold everything that we needed to get rid of, we are slowly getting ready, this upcoming week is the packing week. I wanted to have this move, go smoothly so I have sold a few things each week for the past few months. My plan was to have everything down by December 1st so I wasn’t scrambling to get things done our last days here. I want to enjoy my last two weeks here. So far I have kept to the plan. I hope to have everything except the few things we need packed by the time Uncle Scott gets here. 8 days till Uncle Scott gets here and Josh is done his last exam on the island.
I was talking tonight to Lincoln at bed time about moving to Canada and how we will have to say goodbye to our house and St Maarten and we will stay at Nana and Papa’s houses. He then got really sad and started crying. He's reply was" I love St Maarten, I don't want to move." Poor guy. He’s spent half of his life here. We have made some great memories here. It's sad to let this Caribbean adventure go but I also know he's going to love our Canadian adventure.
